Creation of Certain Barrios in Cateel, Davao
Republic Act No. 3370, enacted on June 18, 1961, officially converts the sitios of Cabasagan, Cauayanan, and Malibago into barrios within the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao. These new barrios are designated by the same names as their respective sitios. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 4, 1962. Notably, it was enacted without the need for Executive approval.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3370
AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO
SECTION 1. The sitios of Cabasagan, Cauayanan and Malibago in the Municipality of Cateel, Province of Davao, are converted into barrios of said municipality to be known as the barrios of Cabasagan, Cauayanan and Malibago, respectively.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 18, 1961.
