Creation of Certain Barrios in Mawab, Davao

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5290

AN ACT CREATING CERTAIN BARRIOS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MAWAB, PROVINCE OF DAVAO

SECTION 1. The following sitios in the Municipality of Mawab, Province of Davao, are constituted as barrios of said municipality, as follows:

(a) The sitios of San Isidro and Mahayag are constituted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Katipunan;

(b) The sitio of Lunoluno is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Lunoluno;

(c) The sitio of Annaman is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Tan-awan;

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
