REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1122
AN ACT TO CREATE THE BARRIO OF DON JUAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
SECTION 1. The sitios of Lungos ng Parang, Kulit, Lumampao, Pisa, Napapanayam and Lagundian, in the municipality of Cuenca, Province of Batangas, are constituted into a barrio in the said municipality to be known as the barrio of Don Juan.
The boundaries of the said barrio shall be as follows:
"Starting at the boundary of municipalities of Alitagtag and Cuenca, from the shore of Lake Taal, thence following the aforesaid boundary line between the said municipality upward, until the point or boundary line between the sitio of Kulit and barrio of San Felipe, Cuenca, thence going Northward to the uppermost central part of Makatmon, thence including the entire portion of Maculot mountain facing Lake Taal to the boundary line between the sitios of Lagundian and Lagnas going downward following the aforestated boundary line to the share of Lake Taal." cdt
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
