Creation of Barrio Pagkilatan in Batangas, Batangas
Republic Act No. 942, approved on June 20, 1953, establishes the barrio of Pagkilatan within the municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas. It separates the sitio of Pagkilatan from the existing barrio of Matoco, thereby creating a distinct administrative area. The Act took effect immediately upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette in August 1953.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 942
AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF PAGKILATAN IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BATANGAS, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS
SECTION 1. The sitio of Pagkilatan is separated from the barrio of Matoco, municipality of Batangas, Province of Batangas, and constituted into a barrio in the said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Pagkilatan. acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
