Creation of Barrio Balantoy in Balbalan, Mountain Province
Republic Act No. 4778, enacted on June 18, 1966, officially creates Barrio Balantoy within the Municipality of Balbalan in Mountain Province. This new barrio is formed from the sitios of Balantoy, Ligayan, Kilayon, Bolo, and Nawoy. The Act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on January 20, 1969.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4778
AN ACT CREATING BARRIO BALANTOY, MUNICIPALITY OF BALBALAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE
SECTION 1. Sitios Balantoy, Ligayan, Kilayon, Bolo and Nawoy, Municipality of Balbalan, Mountain Province, are constituted into a barrio, to be known as Barrio Balantoy of said municipality. aisa dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
