REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4931
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALBALAN, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, TO BE KNOWN AS WESTERN KALINGA COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Health, a community hospital in the Municipality of Balbalan, Mountain Province, to be known as Western Kalinga Community Hospital. The site of the said hospital shall determined by the Municipal Council of Balbalan in consultation with the Secretary of Health. acd
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, any sums needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. acd
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
