REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5291
AN ACT CREATING ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred and seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Ilocos Norte, is further amended to read as follows:
"Ilocos Norte, twelve assistant provincial fiscals, at least two of whom shall be assigned to each branch of the Court of First Instance of Ilocos Norte. cd i
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without Executive approval, June 15, 1968.
