REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5540
AN ACT CREATING TWO ADDITIONAL POSITIONS OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL IN THE PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, AMENDING FOR THIS PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE REVISED ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Palawan, is further amended to read as follows:
"Palawan, four assistant provincial fiscals;" aisa dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
