CREATING AND DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED AT BARANGAY BUENAVISTA II, GENERAL TRIAS CITY, CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate several parcels of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 12-260 (s. 2012), as amended by Resolution No. 15-628 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at Barangay Buenavista II, General Trias City, Cavite, as a Special Economic Zone, to be known as the Golden Gate Business Park-Cavite Export Processing Zone, with an aggregate area of Four Hundred Fifty-Seven Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Two (457,962) square meters, more, or less, as defined by the following consolidated technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 1-B-2 of the consolidation-subdivision plan Pcs-04-00000, being a portion of Lot 1-B-1, Lot 1-B-2, Lot 2 and 3 Pcs-04-013845 and Lot 3193 L.R.C. Rec. No.), situated in the Barangay of Buenavista II, Municipality (now City) of General Trias, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.
