CREATING AND DESIGNATING SEVERAL PARCELS OF LAND, LOCATED AT BARANGAY SABANG, NAIC, CAVITE, AS A SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE, PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, BENIGNO S. AQUINO III, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate several parcels of land, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and Resolution No. 15-518 (s. 2015), of the PEZA Board of Directors, located at Barangay Sabang, Naic, Cavite, as a Special Economic Zone, to be known as Cavite Technopark-Special Economic Zone, with an aggregate land area of One Million Ninety-Eight Thousand Six Hundred and Six (1,098,606) square meters, more or less, as defined by the following consolidated technical description:

Consolidation Boundary

A parcel of land (Consolidation Boundary, being a portion of Lot Nos. 1565-A and 1565-B, both of Psd-04-001060; Lot Nos. 2 and 3, both of Pcs-04-015706; and Lot 2700, FIs-422 of Naic), situated in the Barrio of Sabang, Municipality of Naic, Province of Cavite, Island of Luzon.
