CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING AND THE PARCEL OF LAND UPON WHICH IT STANDS, LOCATED AT UNITED STREET CORNER SHERIDAN STREET, BARANGAY HIGHWAY HILLS, MANDALUYONG CITY AS SPECIAL ECONOMIC ZONE (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER), PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916, AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act (RA) No. 7916,or the "Special Economic Zone Act of 1995," as amended by RA No. 8748, and upon the recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), I, RODRIGO R. DUTERTE, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate a building to be known as RBC Sheridan, with a gross floor area of Fifty-Eight Thousand Fifty square meters and 55/100 (58,050.55 m²), and the parcel of land upon which the building stands, located at United Street corner Sheridan Street, Barangay Highway Hills, Mandaluyong City, with an area of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eleven (9,311 m²) square meters, more or less, subject to the provisions of RA No. 7916, as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s. 2015) and 17-472 (s. 2017), and Resolution No. 15-378 (s. 2015) of the PEZA Board of Directors, as Special Economic Zone (Information Technology Center), as defined by the following technical description:

A parcel of land (Lot 2, of the consolidation plan, (LRC) Pcs-3839, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 4, 5 & 6, (LRC) Psd-2952, LRC Record Nos. 699, 875 & 917), situated in the Barrio of Barranca, City of Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the NE., along line 13-14-15 by Lot 5, Pcs-4087; on the SE., along lines 15-16-17-18 by Road Lot 1, (LRC) Psd-2952; on the SW., along line 18-1 by Lot 1 of the subdivision plan; and on the NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-13 by a Creek.

Beginning at a point marked "1" on plan, being S. 11 deg. 46' E., 1287.88 m. from B.L.L.M. No. 1, Wack-Wack.

Bearings: True; declination 0 deg. 50' E., date of original survey, April 8, 1920-February 21, 1921, and that of the consolidation subdivision survey, February 1965. Survey Plan was prepared by Geodetic Engineer Jose Marie P. Bernabe.
