CREATING AND DESIGNATING A BUILDING WHICH STANDS ON A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED AT PRINCETON STREET CORNER SHAW BOULEVARD, MANDALUYONG CITY, AS AN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7916 AS AMENDED BY REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8748

Pursuant to the powers vested in me under Republic Act No. 7916, otherwise known as the Special Economic Zone Act of 1995, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748 and upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Philippines, do hereby create and designate, subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, Resolution No. 00-411 dated 29 December 2000 and Resolution No. 07-420 dated 06 September 2007 of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Sun Plaza as an Information Technology Center which stands on a certain parcel of land of private domain located at Princeton Street corner Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City, containing an area of One Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Seven (1,257) Square Meters, more or less, as defined by the following technical description: HATEDC

"Lot 1, Block 368

A parcel of land (as described on relocation survey plan, Rel-00-001256, being a relocation of Lot 1, Block 368, Psd-9027, LRC Record No. ), situated in Barangay of Wack-Wack Greenhills, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 19, Block 368; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4 by Road Lot 30 (Pasig Boulevard [Before] Shaw Boulevard [Now]); on the NW., and N., along lines 4-5-6 by Road Lot 33 (Princeton Street); and on the E., along line 6-1 by Lot 2, Block 368, all of Psd-9027.

Beginning at a point marked '1' on plan being S. 49 deg. 53'W., 383.87 m. from BLLM No. 1, Wack-wack.
