BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 258
AN ACT CONVERTING THE TIGBAUAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TIGBAUAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE TIGBAUAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Tigbauan High School in the Municipality of Tigbauan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Tigbauan National High School. casia
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operations of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
