REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7568
AN ACT CONVERTING THE RURAL HEALTH UNIT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF KAPALONG, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE KAPALONG HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The rural health unit in the Municipality of Kapalong, Province of Davao del Norte, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Kapalong Health Infirmary. casia
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. aisa dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
