Conversion of the Imus Health Center in Imus, Cavite into a Health Infirmary
Republic Act No. 7572, enacted on May 26, 1992, converts the Imus Health Center in Cavite into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, named the Imus Health Infirmary. The necessary funding for this conversion is mandated to be included in the General Appropriations Act of the following year and thereafter. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7572
AN ACT CONVERTING THE IMUS HEALTH CENTER IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF IMUS, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE IMUS HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Imus Health Center in the Municipality of Imus, Province of Cavite, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Imus Health Infirmary. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd i
