Conversion of the Rural Health Unit Along the Boundary of Alfonso and Mendez, Cavite into a Health Infirmary
Republic Act No. 7452, enacted on April 27, 1992, establishes the conversion of a rural health unit located on the boundary between the Municipality of Alfonso and the Municipality of Mendez in Cavite into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, named the Alfonso-Mendez Health Infirmary. The act mandates that the necessary funding for this initiative be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following its enactment and in subsequent years. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on June 29, 1992.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7452
AN ACT CONVERTING THE NEAREST RURAL HEALTH UNIT ALONG THE BOUNDARY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALFONSO AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF MENDEZ, PROVINCE OF CAVITE, INTO A FIVE-BED CAPACITY HEALTH INFIRMARY, TO BE KNOWN AS THE ALFONSO-MENDEZ HEALTH INFIRMARY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The nearest rural health unit along the boundary of the Municipality of Alfonso and the Municipality of Mendez, Province of Cavite, is hereby converted into a five-bed capacity health infirmary, to be known as the Alfonso-Mendez Health Infirmary. acd
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
