Conversion of Sitio Balud in Salcedo, Samar into Barrio Balud
Republic Act No. 2095, enacted on March 22, 1959, officially converts the sitio of Balud in the Municipality of Salcedo, Province of Samar, into a barrio, which will henceforth be known as the barrio of Balud. This act took effect immediately upon its approval and was enacted without the need for executive approval. The law was published in the Official Gazette on April 20, 1959.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2095
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SITIO OF BALUD IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SALCEDO, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, INTO A BARRIO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BARRIO OF BALUD
SECTION 1. The sitio of Balud in the Municipality of Salcedo, Province of Samar, is converted into a barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of Balud.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
