Balud High School in Balud, Masbate
Republic Act No. 7067, enacted on June 21, 1991, establishes a high school in Balud, Masbate, named Balud High School. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with issuing necessary regulations for the implementation of this Act. Funding for the school will be provided through the General Appropriations Act in the year following the law's enactment and in subsequent years. The Act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on September 2, 1991.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7067
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALUD, PROVINCE OF MASBATE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BALUD HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in the Municipality of Balud, Province of Masbate, to be known as the Balud High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act. acd
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act is hereby authorized to be appropriated in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
