REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8777

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONREAL, PROVINCE OF MASBATE TO BE KNOWN AS THE MONREAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS), a national high school in the Municipality of Monreal, Province of Masbate to be known as the Monreal National High School.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
