Conversion of Quirino Provincial High School in Cabarroguis, Quirino Into a General High School
Batas Pambansa Blg. 271, enacted on November 13, 1982, converts the Quirino Provincial High School in Cabarroguis, Quirino, into a general high school named Quirino General High School. The act allocates an initial budget of one hundred thousand pesos for the school's operation, to be funded from the appropriations for new national schools. Additionally, the local government unit is required to contribute to the school's operational costs. Future funding for the school's maintenance will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on October 17, 1983.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE QUIRINO PROVINCIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABARROGUIS, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, INTO A GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE QUIRINO GENERAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Quirino Provincial High School in the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Province of Quirino, is hereby converted into a general high school to be known as the Quirino General High School. cd i
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriation authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 for the Ministry of Education and Culture intended for new national schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide its share in the cost of operating and maintaining said school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
