Establishment of a National School of Arts and Trades in Cabarroguis, Quirino

Batas Pambansa Blg. 510, enacted on June 10, 1983, establishes the Cabarroguis National School of Arts and Trades in Cabarroguis, Quirino. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with organizing the school and acquiring a suitable site through purchase or donations. An initial fund of 150,000 pesos is allocated from the appropriations for new national high schools, with future maintenance costs to be covered in the annual General Appropriations Act. The law takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on April 16, 1984.

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 510

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CABARROGUIS, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, AND PROVIDING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national school of arts and trades in the Municipality of Cabarroguis, Province of Quirino, to be known as the Cabarroguis National School of Arts and Trades. casia

SECTION 2. The Minister of Education, Culture and Sports is empowered to organize the said school and to acquire by purchase, through grant or donation, a suitable site for the school.

SECTION 3. The amount of one hundred and fifty thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools. Thereafter, the amount needed for its maintenance and operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
