Batas Pambansa Blg. 727, enacted on April 13, 1984, converts the provincial road between the Ariman Bridge in Gubat and the Bulusan Lake Junction in Bulusan, Sorsogon, into a national road. The law stipulates that funding for the road's improvement and maintenance will initially come from the lump sum appropriations designated for local road repairs under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640, until future appropriations are allocated. The Act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on December 3, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE PROVINCIAL ROAD BETWEEN THE ARIMAN BRIDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUBAT AND THE BULUSAN LAKE JUNCTION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULUSAN, BOTH IN THE PROVINCE OF SORSOGON, INTO A NATIONAL ROAD
SECTION 1. The provincial road stretching between the Ariman Bridge in the Municipality of Gubat and the Bulusan Lake Junction in the Municipality of Bulusan, both in the Province of Sorsogon, is converted into a national road.
SECTION 2. The amount necessary for the improvement and maintenance of said road shall continue to be funded out of the lump sum appropriation authorized under Batas Pambansa Blg. 640 for the repair and maintenance of local roads until such time that the maintenance funds for said road shall have been provided for in the succeeding appropriations acts. cdt
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
