AN ACT CONVERTING THE MALOMA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FELIPE, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MALOMA NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Maloma Barangay High School in the Municipality of San Felipe, Province of Zambales, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Maloma National High School. cdt
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide funding for its share in the cost of maintenance and operation of the school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the succeeding General Appropriations Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. acd
