Batas Pambansa Blg. 608, enacted on June 24, 1983, converts the Bani Barangay High School in Masinloc, Zambales, into the Bani National High School. The school will continue to be funded through local resources and national aid for the current fiscal year, with future funding to be determined by subsequent General Appropriations Acts. The law took effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on May 7, 1984.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE BANI BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MASINLOC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBALES, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE BANI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Bani Barangay High School in the Municipality of Masinloc, Province of Zambales, is converted into a national high school to be known as the Bani National High School. casia
SECTION 2. The operation of said school for the current fiscal year shall continue to be funded out of local funds and from its share of national aid to local schools. The requirements for succeeding fiscal years shall be provided in the forthcoming General Appropriations Acts. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
