Conversion of Hinigaran High School in Hinigaran, Negros Occidental Into a National High School

BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 410
AN ACT CONVERTING THE HINIGARAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF HINIGARAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE HINIGARAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The Hinigaran High School in the Municipality of Hinigaran, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Hinigaran National High School. The curriculum of said school shall include both academic and vocational courses.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools and an additional amount corresponding to fifty percent of its share in the budgetary aid actually paid to it before such conversion shall be released for its operation from the national assistance fund to local schools. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. casia
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
