Conversion of Dr. Gregorio B. Tan Memorial Hospital in Laoang, Samar into Dr. Gregorio B. Tan General Hospital

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3155
AN ACT CONVERTING THE DR. GREGORIO B. TAN MEMORIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAOANG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, INTO A GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE KNOWN AS THE DR. GREGORIO B. TAN GENERAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The Dr. Gregorio B. Tan Memorial Hospital in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Samar, is converted into a general hospital to be known as the Dr. Gregorio B. Tan General Hospital.
SECTION 2. The operation and maintenance of this hospital shall be governed by the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Nineteen hundred and thirty-nine, otherwise known as the Hospital Financing Act. cdt
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
