REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3780
AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE DR. GREGORIO B. TAN GENERAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAOANG, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREOF
SECTION 1. The bed capacity of the Dr. Gregorio B. Tan General Hospital in the Municipality of Laoang, Province of Samar, is hereby increased from twenty-five beds to fifty beds. casia
SECTION 2. The sum of one hundred fifty thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the purposes of this Act, for the fiscal year nineteen hundred and sixty-four, in addition to its existing appropriations. Thereafter, said sums shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
