Conversion of All Specially Organized Provinces into Regularly Organized Provinces

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1205
AN ACT CONVERTING ALL SPECIALLY ORGANIZED PROVINCES INTO REGULARLY ORGANIZED PROVINCES
SECTION 1. The provisions of chapter fifty-six of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, and all laws or parts thereof now applicable to regularly organized provinces are hereby extended and applied to all specially organized provinces.
SECTION 2. Officers in any of such provinces appointed to or occupying elective positions shall continue to hold office until their successors shall have been elected and qualified in the next regular elections for provincial and municipal officers.
SECTION 3. Chapter sixty-three of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended, is hereby repealed. aisa dc
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
