An Act to Make the Province of Mindoro a Regularly Organized Province
Act No. 2964, enacted on February 20, 1921, establishes the Province of Mindoro as a regularly organized province, extending all applicable laws to it. ACT NO. 2964
AN ACT TO MAKE THE PROVINCE OF MINDORO A REGULARLY ORGANIZED PROVINCE
SECTION 1. All the provisions of laws now applicable or which may hereafter be applicable to the regularly organized provinces are hereby extended and applied to the Province of Mindoro.
SECTION 2. The provisions of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and twenty-nine regulating the salaries of the provincial officers are likewise made applicable to the Province of Mindoro: Provided, That the salary of the provincial fiscal of Mindoro shall not be less than three thousand pesos per annum, any provision of law to the contrary notwithstanding.
SECTION 3. All acts or parts of acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on July first, nineteen hundred and twenty-one.
