MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 332
AUTHORIZING THE CONDUCT IN THIS OFFICE OF ORIENTATION COURSE ON EVAT LAW (REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7716)
In view of the full implementation of Expanded Value-Added Tax (EVAT) Law (Republic Act 7716), officials and employees of this office especially those who are assigned in the Finance, Property and Accounting offices have to familiarize themselves with its provisions and implementation. Accordingly, the Personnel Office, in coordination with the Bureau of Internal Revenue, is hereby authorized to conduct a half day orientation Course on the EVAT on February 12, 1996 at Room 305, (MIS Training Room) at 1:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Heads of offices, especially those in the Accounting, Finance, and Property offices, are requested to submit the names of their participants to Ms. Edwina D. Daquiuag of the CPDD, Personnel Office, on or before January 29, 1996.
