REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6780
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE CENTRAL LUZON GENERAL HOSPITAL LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO JOSE B. LINGAD MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The name of the Central Luzon General Hospital located in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga, is hereby changed to Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Health is hereby directed to implement the provision of this Act. aisa dc
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
