REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4098
AN ACT CONVERTING PAMPANGA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL INTO CENTRAL LUZON GENERAL HOSPITAL AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Pampanga Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga, is hereby converted into a general hospital and renamed as Central Luzon General Hospital with an authorized bed capacity of two hundred and fifty beds fully supported and maintained by the National Government. acd
SECTION 2. To carry out the provisions of this Act, there is hereby authorized to be appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of one million five hundred thousand pesos for the maintenance and operation of Central Luzon General Hospital for the fiscal year commencing on July first, nineteen hundred and sixty-four and ending June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and sixty-five and for the improvement of the existing hospital buildings and the purchase of needed supplies and equipment.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on July first, Nineteen Hundred and Sixty-Four.
