BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 713
AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BASILAN CITY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAMITAN, PROVINCE OF BASILAN, TO LAMITAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL
SECTION 1. The name of Basilan City Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Lamitan, Province of Basilan, is hereby changed to Lamitan District Hospital. acd
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Enacted without executive approval, April 13, 1984.
