Batas Pambansa Blg. 112, enacted on January 21, 1981, establishes the Isabela Emergency Hospital in the Municipality of Isabela, Basilan, with a capacity of 25 beds. The hospital will operate under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services from the Ministry of Health, with funding determined in accordance with existing laws and included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health is responsible for the operationalization of the hospital. The law took effect immediately upon approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 27, 1981.

AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN EMERGENCY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN, TO BE KNOWN AS ISABELA EMERGENCY HOSPITAL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1.  There shall be established under the supervision of the Director of Medical Services, Ministry of Health, a twenty-five-bed capacity emergency hospital in the Municipality of Isabela, Province of Basilan, to be known as Isabela Emergency Hospital. asia dc

SECTION 2.  The amount needed for the operation of the hospital shall be determined in accordance with Section 40 of Presidential Decree No. 1177 and charged to the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 40 and 80 for the Ministry of Health intended for new hospitals. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The Minister of Health shall determine the manner by which said hospital shall be operationalized.

SECTION 3.  This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
