Caganayan National High School in Tineg, Abra
Republic Act No. 8318, enacted on June 30, 1997, establishes a national high school named Caganayan National High School in Barangay Caganayan, Municipality of Tineg, Province of Abra, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8318
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY CAGANAYAN, MUNICIPALITY OF TINEG, PROVINCE OF ABRA, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CAGANAYAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Caganayan, Municipality of Tineg, Province of Abra, to be known as the Caganayan National High School. cdt
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall implement this Act so as to make the national high school in operation during the first school year after the effectivity of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
