Besao National High School in Besao, Mountain Province
Republic Act No. 8869, enacted on August 22, 2000, establishes the Besao National High School in the Municipality of Besao, Mountain Province, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The Act mandates the issuance of necessary rules and regulations to implement its provisions. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act following its enactment. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8869
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BESAO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE TO BE KNOWN AS THE BESAO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in the Municipality of Besao, Mountain Province to be known as the Besao National High School. EcSCHD
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. AHacIS
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
