REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9110

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY BALUNO, CITY OF ZAMBOANGA TO BE KNOWN AS BALUNO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Baluno, City of Zamboanga to be known as Baluno National High School. ACTEHI

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
