Tictapul National High School in Barangay Tictapul, Zamboanga City
Republic Act No. 9077, enacted on April 8, 2001, establishes a national high school in Barangay Tictapul, City of Zamboanga, to be named Tictapul National High School. The school will operate under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. Funding for the school's establishment will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the fiscal year following the law's enactment and in subsequent years. The act takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 30, 2001.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9077
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TICTAPUL, CITY OF ZAMBOANGA TO BE KNOWN AS TICTAPUL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Tictapul, City of Zamboanga to be known as Tictapul National High School. CSaIAc
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
