SUPREME COURT MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 21-A-11
AUTHORIZING THE GRANT AND RELEASE OF FRINGE BENEFIT ON THE OCCASION OF THE CELEBRATION OF THE 110TH FOUNDATION ANNIVERSARY OF THE SUPREME COURT
By virtue of his authority under Section 59 of the General Appropriations Act for FY 2011 (R.A. 10147) and paragraph (5) of Section 25 of Article VI of the Constitution; and pursuant to and conformably with Joint Resolution No. 1 of the Constitutional Fiscal Autonomy Group dated 03 April 1992, the Chief Justice hereby grants, on the occasion of the 110th Foundation Anniversary of the Supreme Court on 11 June 2011, fringe benefit at the rate of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00), chargeable against available savings of the lower courts, as certified to by the Financial Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator (FMO-OCA), to each of the judges, officials and personnel of the lower courts [excluding those in the 7th Judicial Region and the Regional Court Administration Office-Region 7 (RCAO-7)], provided that they are such as of 10 June 2010 and have rendered at least six (6) months of actual service as of that date. acAESC
Fringe benefit in the same amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) is also granted to the personnel of the Halls of Justice, excluding those in the 7th Judicial Region, chargeable against the savings from the regular appropriations of the Supreme Court, as certified to by the Fiscal Management and Budget Office (FMBO);
Notwithstanding the insufficiency of savings in the appropriations allotted for the 7th Judicial Region, fringe benefit in the amount of TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000.00) is likewise granted to each of the judges, officials and personnel of the lower courts in the 7th Judicial Region and the RCAO-7, and the personnel of the Halls of Justice in the same judicial region, chargeable against the available savings from the regular appropriations of the lower courts in other judicial regions and the Supreme Court.
The grant of the aforesaid fringe benefit shall be subject to the implementing guidelines hereto attached.
The Court Administrator, the Chiefs of the FMO and Office of Administrative Services (OAS), OCA and the Chiefs of the FMBO and the OAS of the Supreme Court shall work together to immediately implement this Memorandum Order.
This Memorandum Order shall take effect upon its issuance.
