Authority of Presidential Asst. for Legal Affairs to Sign By Authority of the President on Legal Matters
Letter of Instructions No. 443, issued on August 9, 1976, designates Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs Ronaldo B. Zamora as authorized to sign all legal communications for the Office of the President, with the exception of mining, forestry cases, and other significant matters, which require personal approval from the President. This letter supplements an earlier directive (Letter of Instructions No. 342) regarding authorization for official communications within the office. In addition to the officials authorized to sign communications in the Office of the President pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 342 dated December 1, 1975, Presidential Assistant for Legal Affairs Ronaldo B. Zamora is hereby authorized to sign by my authority all legal matters involving questions of law, except mining and forestry cases and other important matters, which shall be passed upon by me personally.
