LETTER OF INSTRUCTIONS NO. 1005-B
TO : All Concerned
In addition to the officials authorized to sign communications in the Office of the President pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 342 dated December 1, 1975, Presidential Assistant Joaquin T. Venus, Jr., is hereby authorized to sign by my authority or order communications, decisions, resolutions, actions or other matters I assign to him for appropriate action or immediate implementation from time to time as the need arises or exigencies of the service so require.
