Attendance of 18 RTC Judges of the National Capital Region at the Seminar/Dialogue on Drug Abuse
On August 17, 1989, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Administrative Circular No. 38-89, authorizing 18 Regional Trial Court (RTC) judges from the National Capital Region to attend a Seminar/Dialogue on Drug Abuse. The seminar, organized by the Dangerous Drugs Board in collaboration with the Department of Justice and the Supreme Court, was scheduled for August 18-19, 1989, at the Domestic Insurance Building in Manila. Attendance at the seminar was designated as official time for the judges. The circular was signed by Acting Chief Justice Andres R. Narvasa.
