The Regional Trial Court Judges of the 1st Judicial Region are hereby authorized to attend the Judicial Dialogue-Seminar in San Fernando, La Union on June 2, 1989. aisa dc
It shall be understood that all expenses incurred by the judges in connection with the dialogue-seminar shall be chargeable against the local funds.
