On July 27, 1989, the Supreme Court issued Administrative Circular No. 36-89, authorizing 34 Executive Judges from the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Judicial Regions to attend the "National Seminar-Workshop on Human Rights Training" from July 31 to August 2, 1989, at Teacher's Camp, Baguio City. This seminar, sponsored by the Institute of Judicial Administration, the Commission on Human Rights, and the Women Lawyer's Circle, aims to follow up on previous regional seminars on human rights. Participation is considered official business and will be chargeable to local funds, with transportation and accommodation costs covered by the Institute of Judicial Administration. Other expenses will be the responsibility of the participants' local governments.

The Institute of Judicial Administration (IJA) of the U.P. LAW COMPLEX, the Commission of Human Rights and Women Lawyer's Circle have jointly sponsored the "National Seminar-Workshop on Human Rights Training" to be held at the Teacher's Camp in Baguio City. It is 3-day live-in seminar-workshop starting on July 31, 1989 to August 2, 1989.
The seminar is designated to follow-up on the results of the four regional seminars which the Institute of Judicial Administration jointly with the Ateneo Center for Human Rights, have sponsored.
Thirty four Executive Judges from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Judicial Regions are hereby authorized to attend the seminar-workshop on official business chargeable to local funds. They are:
