The seminar, organized by the Bicol RTC Judges Association, focuses on "The Speedy Administration of Justice" and includes participation from various judicial and legal professionals in the region. All expenses for the attendees will be covered by local funds, as the event is considered official business. Additionally, the seminar will feature the induction of officers from relevant judicial associations.

The Bicol RTC Judges Association will hold a dialogue-seminar in Naga city on April 14-15, 1989, on the theme "THE SPEEDY ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE" to be participated in by the RTC and MTC Judges, Clerks and Branch Clerks of Court, Provincial and City Prosecutors, CLAO personnel and leading practitioners of the IBP in the Bicol region. On the same occasion, the officers of the Bicol RTC Judges Association, as well as the Camarines Norte Municipal Trial Court Judges Association will be inducted. aisa dc
All the concerned judges and court personnel are hereby authorized to attend the dialogue-seminar on OFFICIAL BUSINESS, that is, all expenses incurred by the participating judges and court personnel shall be chargeable against local funds. cdt
