Attendance at the Seminar-Workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement
On March 26, 1990, the Supreme Court issued Administrative Circular No. 08-90, directing judges of the Regional and Municipal Trial Courts in the Cordillera Administrative Region to attend a Seminar-Workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement scheduled for April 20-21, 1990. This event, organized by the National Agricultural and Fishery Council in collaboration with the U.P. Law Center, is considered official business and is chargeable against local funds. Judges will receive a one-day travel allowance before and after the seminar. While hotel and food expenses will be covered by the NAFC, judges will be responsible for their own travel costs.

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 08-90

| SUBJECT | : | Attendance at the Seminar-Workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement on April 20-21, 1990, for Regional and Municipal Trial Court Judges of the Cordillera Administrative Region on Official Business chargeable against local funds |
The National Agricultural and Fishery Council (NAFC) in coordination with the U.P. Law Center is conducting a Seminar-Workshop for Regional and Municipal Trial Court Judges of the Cordillera Administrative Region on April 20-21, 1990. The venue of this seminar-workshop shall be announced by the National Agricultural and Fishery Council.
All the aforementioned Judges are authorized to attend these seminar-workshop. Attendance thereat will be on official business chargeable against local funds. All participating judges are given one day allowance before and after the seminar proper as travel time.
Hotel accommodations and food expenses shall be shouldered by the NAFC, while travelling expenses shall be borne by the participating judges. acd
