Attendance at Pilot Workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement

SUPREME COURT ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 1-89

| SUBJECT | : | Attendance at the Pilot Workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement scheduled from January 27-28, 1989 |
The National Agricultural and Fishery Council (NAFC) in coordination with the U.P. Law Center is conducting another pilot workshop on fishery law enforcement for the Regional Trial Court Judges of the 7th Judicial Region, whose jurisdiction covers the coastal municipalities on January 27 to 28, 1989. The venue of this workshop shall be announced by the National Agricultural and Fishery Council.
All the affected Regional Trial Court Judges are encouraged to attend this pilot workshop. Attendance therein will be considered on official time.
The hotel accommodation and food expenses shall be shouldered by the National Agricultural and Fishery Council, but the attending judges shall shoulder their travelling expenses. acd
