Supreme Court Administrative Circular No. 10-89, dated February 21, 1989, informs judges in the 4th and 6th Judicial Regions about an upcoming seminar-workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement. Scheduled for February 24-25 for Region 4 and March 10-11 for Region 6, the event is organized by the National Agricultural and Fishery Council in partnership with the U.P. Law Center. Attendance is encouraged and will be considered official business, with expenses covered by local funds. While accommodations and meals will be provided by the NAFC, judges will be responsible for their travel costs.

SUBJECT : Attendance at the Seminar-Workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement on February 24-25, 1989, for Judges of the 4th Judicial Region and on March 10-11, 1989 for Judges of the 6th Judicial Region on official business

 

The National Agricultural and Fishery Council (NAFC) in coordination with the U.P. Law Center is conducting a seminar-workshop on Fishery Law Enforcement on Feb. 24-25 for Region 4 and on March 10-11, 1989 for Region 6.

Judges in the covered areas are encouraged to attend this seminar-workshop and attendance thereat will be on official business, chargeable against local funds.

Hotel accommodations and food expenses shall be shouldered by the NAFC, but the travelling expenses shall be borne by the participating judges. cd i
