Attendance at General Law Practice Institute Seminar
On April 18, 1990, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Administrative Circular No. 13-90 authorizing judges from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Leyte Chapter to attend the General Law Practice Institute Seminar. This seminar, jointly sponsored by the U.P. Law Center and the IBP, is scheduled for April 26-28, 1990, at Divine Word University in Tacloban City. Judges attending the seminar are permitted to do so on official time. The circular is signed by Chief Justice Marcelo B. Fernan.

| SUBJECT | : | Attendance at the General Law Practice Institute Seminar to be held on April 26-28, 1990 at Tacloban City |
The U.P. Law Center and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines are jointly sponsoring a General Law Practice Institute Seminar for all Judges belonging to the IBP Leyte Chapter on April 26-28, 1990 at the Divine Word University, Tacloban City.
All the aforementioned judges are hereby authorized to attend the seminar on OFFICIAL TIME.
