The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines will be holding its 3rd Annual Seminar-Workshop-Convention at the DECS ECOTECH Convention Center, Lahug City, Cebu City on May 9-11, 1991. acd
All Sheriffs are hereby authorized to attend the seminar-workshop convention on OFFICIAL TIME.
