Attendance at 3rd Annual Seminar-Workshop-Convention of Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines
On November 12, 1990, the Supreme Court of the Philippines issued Administrative Circular No. 35-90, authorizing all sheriffs to attend the 3rd Annual Seminar-Workshop-Convention of the Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines. This event is scheduled to take place from May 9-11, 1991, at the DECS Ecotech Convention Center in Lahug District, Cebu City. Attendance at the seminar-workshop is considered official time for all participating sheriffs. The circular was signed by Chief Justice Marcelo B. Fernan.
